What is the return policy?
All sales of customized units are final. Returns and exchanges are only accepted in cases of verified wig construction defects or confirmed hair quality issues, which must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
We accept returns and exchanges on pre-constructed unworn and unused units. If you have tried on your unit, installed your unit, or cut your lace, or add product or altered the state of your unit (in any way) - your warranty becomes nullified. Due to the nature of wigs as sensitive, hygienic, and luxury products: quality and integrity are key! For your safety and the safety of others, we cannot allow returns under any other conditions. All returns are subject to a thorough screening process, and returns are only issued within 30 days of approval.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
Will my hair extensions shed?
Minimal shedding is normal with hair care (not limited to brushing, combing, washing, styling etc.) Just like our natural hair experiences shedding with hair care so does our hair extension units. Knots will loosen overtime or can break from over-styling and chemical damage.
How do I care for my wig?
HD Lace is lightweight and thin for seamless installation but that does make it more susceptible to tears and damaged knots. Your HD Lace unit is delicate; please handle with care, overplucking, combing or styling will damage the integrity of the knots and the lace. Your unit is only as good as the products you use. Honestly, quality is key! Great care equals longer wear.
